Metro Train in all Cities for more than 20 lacs populations

Today, Central Govt Minister Kamal Nath declared that all cities in India with population more than 20 lacs will be provided Metro train. It will begin a new chapter in Indian Public Transportation system. Ministers and bureaucrats will find ways to mint money also , it is flip side of it. Petrol prices will also be in control be this effect in years to come.
One more initiative is needed, all cities needs to have Cycle-tracks as well to reduce the burden of fiscal deficit due to subsidy to oil companies. Pollution level will come down. Citizen will be more healthy. Govt expenditure on health services will also reduced. Lifestyle diseases will be reduced!

Distributing UP into four states will be good decision for UP and its residents !

It has been seen that in era of development and growth, It becomes quite difficult to manage big states and it is proven all over the world. Within India also, UP a biggest state (population wise) is not able to compete with Maharashtra, Gujrat, Andhra Pradesh despite rich natural resources, great heritage value etc. The reason behind is of course lack of good governance but handling such big population by single chief minister and its administrative power is not at all justice for the state and that too in an era where decentralization is key to success everwhere. Moreover, Long Hierarchy increases various risk in affairs of good governance.

I will write more on topic soon.
